Shin-Mone Screw Founded in 1990 by Chairman Mr. Kuo in the Gangshan area, initially focused on manufacturing standard screws as its main product. The company's clientele primarily consisted of domestic trade merchants as the main procurement targets. As the fastener industry environment evolved and customer demands for quality increased, Shin-Mone Screws gradually expanded its production capacity and factory footprint to ensure responsible quality standards for customers. This transformation aimed to meet diverse product demands, leading to ISO 9001 quality system certification in 2000, marking a milestone in quality assurance.
Under the leadership of Chairman Kuo, continuous education and guidance for all technicians were prioritized to elevate quality standards. Starting in 2005, Shin-Mone Screws implemented TS16949 and after two years of preparation and reform, obtained TS16949 quality certification in 2007, now updated to IATF 16949 with the quality system's evolution.
